Alors que le pays s’approche d’un tournant politique décisif avec la fin annoncée du Conseil présidentiel de transition (CPT), de nouvelles accusations viennent alourdir un climat déjà marqué par la défiance et la fatigue citoyenne. Selon l’organisation, le ministre Alfred Fils Metellus aurait procédé, ces derniers jours, au déblocage de sommes importantes en dehors des normes légales et administratives en vigueur. L’organisation évoque une « dernière tentative désespérée » du ministre pour s’imposer comme Premier ministre, avec l’appui présumé de certains conseillers-présidents déjà cités dans des dossiers sensibles.
Dans sa note, le RHAJAC met directement en cause plusieurs membres du CPT — Fritz Alphonse Jean, Smith Augustin, Emmanuel Vertilaire, Leslie Voltaire, Edgard Leblanc Fils et Louis Gérald Gilles — accusés de chercher à imposer Alfred Fils Metellus à la tête du gouvernement. Le réseau affirme que ces manœuvres auraient pour objectif de préserver des intérêts personnels et d’assurer une forme d’impunité après la fin officielle de la transition.
Plus grave encore, ces responsables sont mentionnés par le RHAJAC pour des liens présumés avec des gangs armés et des faits de corruption, des accusations qui, si elles étaient confirmées par la justice, constitueraient une menace directe pour la sécurité nationale et l’État de droit.

L’organisation demande le gel immédiat des transactions suspectes et l’ouverture de poursuites judiciaires contre les responsables présumés.
